How to Learn to Meditate

There are hundreds of ways to meditate.  I recommend any of them.

& I teach one of them:  Vedic Meditation.
It’s an ancient practice that originated in India.

It’s twenty minutes twice a day, it’s effortless, and works for everyone.  You get a mantra that resonates with you, and you sort of drop out and experience bliss.  The mind frees up, sure, but even cooler:  the body gets rest that’s deeper than sleep and releases stress.

Like old stress, gross stress, stuff that's been bothering me since I was two, stress.  Out!!  There’s release and relief, making us better able to deal with life’s bleh-- stuff such as, but not limited to: traffic, break-ups, parents, kids (all family members), deadlines, bills, etc.

You get happier days.  Bliss.

It's easy to learn, but it does require a short course, which takes about an hour and a half, four days in a row.  The charge for the course is sliding scale.  But I've never turned anyone away for financial issues.

Before you begin a course, you'll attend a short INTRO TALK, where I'll tell you all about the practice, how it works, and answer any questions.   Or if our schedules or locations don't make that easy, I'm glad to recommend a teacher near you.

If I don't have an Intro Talk
scheduled at this time.
Check back later or email me
& I'll recommend a teacher near you.
